The reason why you are getting that error message is because your domain was previously on Tommy and because it crashed, it needs to be removed from the DNS cluster in order for you to use it on the Ricky server. An admin will need to do this.

Please delete all the information from Tommy's crashed server so I can upload my domains to Ricky's server! The account on Tommy's server was: dragokd, and the email is the same: drashko@mail.bg. thanks in advance

That account is already deleted when everything got wipe out. Our root admin will delete those domains for you.
