A root admin has to verify your transaction ID. A Ricky invitation link will be sent to your email shortly afterwards.

Is this the Problem between Heliohost and Hotmail?

Yes, that's a common issue. It worked the last time I tried though. Do you have any other email address?

Something seems to have gone awry. Until a few hours ago, the status page https://www.heliohost.org/status/?u=dl5ark2 stated that the account will be available soon. Now is there am message that he does not exist.

You should be able to use dl5ark.heliohost.org again.

That cannot be done without deleting the account and recreating it. Since the original username is not available, you can't get a home folder with that name.
