I'd like to temporarily move my account to Ricky until Tommy is fixed. I donated to HelioHost (my transaction ID is 07G89556FS160615W) Do I have to do anything or will you do it for me? I downloaded my backup. Is there a fast way to just reupload everything to the server? An FTP client you recommend? What would be my new FTP settings.

Follow these steps below: Go to a tab called “Backup Wizard”. Click “Restored Backup” button. Click “Restored MySQL Database” button. Click “Choose File” button and choose username_database.sql. Once you finished that, you will need to created MySQL Database Users in the tab called "MySQL" in cPanel and assigned them to your other MySQL Database. robev Posted August 18, 2019 Author Posted August 18, 2019 I got the following message when I checked if my account was created: Account Status That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity. HelioHost has a limited capacity for active accounts, but we are very popular. So in order to make room for new active users we occasionally have to take down old abandoned accounts. We recommend downloading your backup, and then creating a new account. If you need help with anything please don't hesitate to contact support.
