That's a self-signed certificate. That's not the one issued by cPanel. The one issued by AutoSSL is DV(Domain Validated) certificate.

Yeah that's exactly what I'd written.

 

Also regarding your issue, probably Ricky is at to high load for AutoSSL to work since your crt is still not issued. If any admin is free, they can manually run AutoSSL on your domain.
