[Solved] Backups not found on both panther1 and panthers username

I cannot find my backup using the panthers, nor the panther1 username. I tried using the backup service, only to find the message stated below.

I cannot find a backup for panthers and panthersdude2001@yahoo.com. You could try again, or open a ticket to see if an admin can help you find your backup.

I have posted this earlier in the backups available, but was told to post here.

It's because you recycled your tommy email. It wants to send it to yahoo.old...
