Kindly change the max. file upload size parameter, my database is about 75mb.

 

Or kindly provide the access to php.ini feature

75mb is pretty big for a php file upload. Put the .sql file in /home/engorpk2/database.sql and tell me the filename and the database name and I'll import the database for you.
