[Solved] Remove DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster

I am one of those affected by Tommy's ruling.

 

I need help, I can't get my backup, I don't know if I'm entering the data correctly or there's no backup yet.

It is very important for me to recover at least the databases.

 

I have created a new account in Jhonny but I have problems with my domains.

Could you please remove these domains from DNS clusters in order to add them correctly:

 

comoganarenlaruleta.ga

timerestart.ga

ardin.es

 

My previous user: thorastu

My new user: thoro

 

And a question, I donated to have more 1GB space in Tommy, when everything is fixed I recover this in the new server?.

So, please i need to know whats is the next steps for fix all.

I hope you remove DNS clusters soon and i can have my sites working at least.

Yes you can get the double space back when Tommy is fixed

 

The domains comoganarenlaruleta.ga, timerestart.ga, and ardin.es have been cleaned up.
