[Solved] Adding domain again

I want to add my domain again on your host but im getting this error 

 

A DNS entry for the domain “iloveheavymetal.hmradio.heliohost.org” already exists.

 

Help pls

This domain is active. Clear you cache if you don't see it.

Cache cleared but still same error when i try to add the domain 

(XID kv7kc3) A DNS entry for “iloveheavymetal.tk” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

I think Byron meant that the domain already exists in your account and is active.

But when i try to install joomla is not there on the list

Is it your main domain?

i think no, i dont know anything about that

In your cPanel, in the 'General Information' tab check if it's your main domain. Else try finding it in the add-on domains list.

Found it, my main domain is hmradio.heliohost.org and i dont have it in addon domain

Hmm that's the problem... Probably an admin will have to remove that dns from the server cluster for u to add it again.

iloveheavymetal.hmradio.heliohost.org & iloveheavymetal.tk
