FTP Problem And Question

I am new. I tried with the information to upload through FTP:

 

SFTP Settings

SFTP host: johnny.heliohost.org
SFTP port: 1373
SFTP protocol: SFTP
SFTP logon type: Normal
SFTP Username: raquib
SFTP password: <same as cpanel>

But It did not work and account was blocked. What should I do?

There is  "Add FTP Account" option. Should create FTP account?

FileZilla is unable to show directory listing. Tried a lot of time. Why this happens?
