Domain Name forwarding doesn't work.

Hey,

 

So, I got a free domain from freenom and I was pointing it to one of my website hosted on helio. However, "DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN" comes and after going through their read me, it also mentions that the host might've blocked domain forwarding. So, I wanted to know if that is the case.

What is your domain that you trying to visit and did you add our DNS Records of ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org in your Freenom Account.

We don't support Freenom's "forwarding" or "invisible redirect" options (these options basically just tell freenom to load another site in a full screen iframe...they don't actually point the domain to another server). You have to use "Custom DNS" and set the name servers to the ones Luigi listed above.
