dem2070 Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 I uninstalled ssl but the domain is still redirect to unsecured https:// I want the domain to work with http:// only without redirection > the domain is siteee.uk and siteee.co.uk Quote
Krydos Posted May 8, 2019 Posted May 8, 2019 Your file /home/deyaaelm/public_html/.htaccess has instructions to force anyone who visits your domains to use https. Delete the .htaccess file, rename the .htaccess file, or edit the file to remove the https redirection will allow people to access your domains through http. You could also install a valid ssl certificate using these instructions https://wiki.helionet.org/Installing_a_Let%27s_Encrypt_SSL_Certificate Quote
dem2070 Posted May 9, 2019 Author Posted May 9, 2019 How can I edit it without changing its content ? I changed this line " RewriteCond %{HTTPS} on" on and off but it doesn't work Quote
Luigi123 Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Try to rename .htaccess or just delete it so it won’t force the users visit to your secure domain name. It will just visit http instead https. Is there a reason why you don’t want to delete .htaccess or renamed it? Quote
Luigi123 Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Just going to leave this here so you can still remember of this: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/35722-unsuspension/?do=findComment&comment=158303 You still haven’t remove everything from your account. I’m already giving you 24 hours to remove everything from your account as I said from Tuesday. But then you started to focus removing SSL from your two domains and trying to figure it out removing the force SSL too. I’m just going to give you 2 days for you to remove everything from your account. If you don’t remove them after 2 days, your account will be permanently suspended and you will no longer be using your account anymore. Quote
dem2070 Posted May 9, 2019 Author Posted May 9, 2019 I removed the word press and all its content . i forward the domain to another in other host . I deleted the copyrighted books from all the websites . What do you want me to remove ? Quote
Krydos Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Looks good to me. Thanks for removing the copyrighted books. Quote
Luigi123 Posted May 9, 2019 Posted May 9, 2019 Just going to reply it here to say “thank you for removing it from your account” I’m on my mobile phone so I can’t reply to your private message. Also, there’s nothing for you to remove anything from your account. That’s it, just the copyrighted books. Quote
