jchang Posted April 30, 2019 Author Posted April 30, 2019 Today, the account got deactivated, and then I re-activated it, and now I can log into cpanel. (Yesterday, it wasn't deactivated yet, and I couldn't log into cpanel.) In any case, I think it's resolved.
