I can't access the account deletion page, it's always switched to the mobile version homepage, I don't have a laptop, can I ask to delete my account here? my account: "atdx" site: "https://atdx.heliohost.org", the site can't be accessed every few minutes, maybe because it's on the johnny server, I want to move to another server that is more stable, forgive me who out of topic and please grant my request to delete the account.

You'll need a root admin to respond. In this case, they're probably sleeping or doing some other works.

Much of your speed issue is due to using Wordpress. We usually recommend people not use it because it's extremely bloated, insecure, and poorly written. Tommy is the only server we have that can run it with any decent speed, and even then you have to be careful about what extensions you install (some like woo commerce and wordfence make it extremely slow, and others like free themes sometimes contain malware that can lead to your account getting hacked).

 

The account atdx has been cancelled and will be cleaned up within the hour. Please note you won't be able to reuse your username unless an admin renames your forum account.
