He wanted to be invited to Tommy so I guess he wouldn't mind to be moved to it (I thought you didn't read the message properly, that's why I quoted part of the message). I also didn't want you to waste time waiting for a reply.

To be invited, his account has to be deleted first. Much easier to move it. I also replied to this thread first: https://www.helionet.org/index/topic/35606-hh386833-account-activity/ before reading this thread.
