Sir I can't access to my website, it shows that the site isn't available and how can i make use of the file manager to upload php files on my website.

It doesn't look like you've purchased the domain burgertasters.org yet. To buy it go to https://www.namecheap.com/domains/registration/results.aspx?domain=burgertasters.org&utm_campaign=102467 and then set your nameservers to ns1.heliohost.org and ns2.heliohost.org.

 

If you'd rather use a free domain you can change your main domain to something like burgertasters.heliohost.org, or you could go to a free domain provider like freenom.com to get a domain like burgertasters.tk.

 

It doesn't really matter what files you upload yet, because until you have a functional domain you're not going to be able to see them.
