I just found that I should request the java server again, but the java server has been assigned to me weeks ago, and I've deployed my application. would you please help to solve the problem, many thanks.

Only a certain number of people can have java access at once, and there is a queue of people waiting to receive java access. If you're not using it your access is removed so someone who will actually use it can have access. If you need java again just request it and then actually use it when you get access.
