New FTpP Account login problem

I can't login with the ftp account I created. is there a reason?

Make sure you use the full username for it ftpname@domain.heliohost.org. That's the most common issue I've seen.

 

Also, be sure you're using plain unsecured FTP on port 21 to connect. Additional FTP accounts do not support SFTP, and we do not support FTP over TLS at all.
