Wow... you guys are probably feeling pretty sorry, insulting someones English when they don't speak it very well and come from another country... Nope, I don't feel sorry at all because he or she gave no indication that they were from another country. Just a simple misunderstanding. My problem is not that they were hard to understand, but that they acted arrogantly and did not make much of an effort to be understood.
