[Answered] Webmail pointing to tommy.heliohost.org:2096

Hi Team,

 

Just wanted to check that when i type webmail.arunabha.ga it is redirecting to tommy.heliohost.org:2096.

Is there any setting that i need to change or its the default setting?

That's normal and by design. The webmail subdomain of any domain hosted on our servers will always point to (server).heliohost.org:2096

Can you guide me how to access www.arunabha.ga/mail when I type mail.arunabha.ga.

When I type mail.arunabha.ga, it points to my home page.

 

Maybe I am missing something?

It's be easiest to just change the document root of the mail subdomain to the mail folder that you have on your main site. That way it'll show the contents of that folder when visited.
