Urgent: name taken

i want to make a new account with name: "prisme" but it is already taken by my own forum account. How can i change my name, and if i can't is it possible that an admin chnages it before the sign ups on tommy close again

It's been renamed. You already have a hosting account though, so signing up again will cause you to get suspended for violating our terms of service. Users are only allowed one account.

 

If you want to sign up again, you need to delete your existing tommy account first: http://heliohost.org/classic/support/scripts/delete

 

EDIT: I just realized you just created that account today. Do you want me to delete it and send you an invite so you can change the username?

i have already deleted my hosting account but it was minutes before i signed up again account. It must be just not updated yet
