Tommy - java servlet proxy error - error reading from remote server

Getting errors when trying to execute a servlet on gebets on Tommy, no changes, this was all working fine earlier in the week.

The proxy server received an invalid response form an upstream server.

 

The proxy server could not handle the request

 

Reason: Error reading from remote server

 

Additionally a 502 bad gateway error was encountered while trying to use an errorDocument to handle a request.
