[Solved] Unable To Add an Aliase

I am unable to add alias  'runningreindeermedia.gq' to rrm.heliohost.org

I performed the DNS lookup, domain is pointing to Heliohost but still unable to park..

There was an error when the system attempted to create the alias. Park::park(runningreindeermedia.gq) failed: (XID k8ndx5) A DNS entry for “runningreindeermedia.gq” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

This error is being shown while I try to add domain
