Delete Account

I would like to request to delete my account as it is currently not working. I would like to make a fresh start and re-upload my website.

That account is archived due to maintenance. I've edited the email and domain so they can be reused.

 

You should be able to just sign up again now, though you'll need to use a different username. Also, your account's contents are available from https://heliohost.org/backup/ if you need it.

oh okay, but I have encountered another problem where all the servers (Ricky, Tommy, and Johnny) are all full and closed atm. What can I do?

You have to either wait until they open (midnight UTC) in order to re-register, or donate to receive an invite for Tommy.
