I've decided to abandon it, and have made a new account on Tommy via a donation, with a different e-mail address that I more regularly check. I'm hoping to now link this domain (tpltrl.heliohost.org) to my new account as an add-on domain. I already have all of the files backed up and was wondering if there is anyway that this domain can be released so it can be added via my new account. Many thanks, Kurt

What I was hoping was that I would be able to add it as a second domain linked to the new account, so that I can manage both simultaneously through a single login and that the prior links that I have pointing to tpltrl.heliohost.org will still work - is this possible? When I've tried to add it I get the error message (XID 9579vq) A DNS entry for “tpltrl.heliohost.org” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed. wolstech Posted October 18, 2018 Posted October 18, 2018 Done. http://tpltrl.heliohost.org/ is showing an empty directory listing (if it's showing queued, please clear your cache). You now just need to upload content for tpltrl.heliohost.org into the public_html/tpltrl folder If you don't have the content, you should be able to download the old account's contents from https://heliohost.org/backup/ to get it.
