Username: tpltrl

Server: Johhny

Domain: tpltrl.heliohost.org

Hello,

This account was suspended a while back due to inactivity. I've decided to abandon it, and have made a new account on Tommy via a donation, with a different e-mail address that I more regularly check. I'm hoping to now link this domain (tpltrl.heliohost.org) to my new account as an add-on domain. I already have all of the files backed up and was wondering if there is anyway that this domain can be released so it can be added via my new account.

Many thanks,

Kurt

You won't be able to do it yourself even if I release it, since it's a .heliohost.org subdomain.

What is the new account's username? I'll just add it for you.

Hey,

Thanks - I can see that the it now appears in a folder on the new account.

What I was hoping was that I would be able to add it as a second domain linked to the new account, so that I can manage both simultaneously through a single login and that the prior links that I have pointing to tpltrl.heliohost.org will still work - is this possible? When I've tried to add it I get the error message (XID 9579vq) A DNS entry for “tpltrl.heliohost.org” already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

Cheers,

Kurt
