How to link to others my python code

I've got an executable python code that runs when accessed via the link http://stewbug.heliohost.org/cgi-bin/{project_name}.py. How do I link to the actual script text itself? 

 

That way it doesn't execute and I can show the actual code that would be ran if the above link was accessed.

Easiest way is to change the extension to .txt instead so its displayed as a text file.
