Guest hhradio Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 I am having trouble signing up for a new account. When I hit the I'm not a robot box for the recaptcha, it says that my computer is sending automated processes or something like that. I'ven't had this issue on other websites that use recaptcha. Is there something I can do to fix this? I hope to hear back from you. Thanks. Quote
wolstech Posted September 4, 2018 Posted September 4, 2018 We've had others report that as well. It's usually due to the user being on a public network of some form (free wifi, university/school, workplace, etc.) and there's nothing we can do about it Try using a VPN or the like, sometimes that fixes it, oddly enough. Also, if you're signing up in the middle of the day, all the servers are full anyway since we limit registrations on the two servers that are currently available. You have to try it at midnight UTC to have a chance at getting a slot. Quote

Both for signing up for the hosting account and then again for signing up for the Forum. I'm on a public "free wifi" at a hotel. So that must be the reason. If I may ask, what is the middle of the day in global language? So I can avoid peak times for HelioHost. Quote
