pankajkundlia Posted August 22, 2018 Share Posted August 22, 2018 (edited) a. your HelioHost username - pankajkub. the server your account is on - Tommy or Jhonny i donated to get access to the serverc. your HelioHost main domain - casperlabs.online My website crashed in the innodb crash heliohost had on Steve previously after that i just created a new heliohost account using donate option and all it had was a hello world post on the wordpress install. Not sure what was wrong content on it. Can you please review and help me understand the reason of the block. An invitation will be sent to you shortly so you can create a new account. Please restore your data using a backup. The data from your old account cannot be recovered or returned to you due to the possibility of the account having been used for Phishing. As a reminder, when selecting a CMS, we highly recommend that users not use WordPress. WP and it's extensions are notorious for having security issues such as the one you (and everyone else on Tommy) experienced, and it has the worst security track record of any CMS out there.
