First of all thank you and congratulate you for the great work you are doing improving the quality of the service!.

I have a question, I have two pages hosted. The two are not being indexed by Google. I do not know the reason. The question is, can the changes you made to prevent attacks Ddos be affecting in this?.

Edit: Perhaps it is indexing but not cache. Sorry i am Mad with this, and don´t know how to fix it,  :(

No they wouldn't impact it.

Do you have a robots.txt file that denies indexing? Also, google can take months to list pages once they're indexed...

It’s because www.domain.com and domain.com are classed as two different domains by robots. It’s the same as why bailey.heliohost.org and heliohost.org are indexed differently.
