DmC
Hello people, Again I just received an email todsy for login reminder. I've literally login to my account using helionet.org!/login yesterday. Hopefully I won't get suspended. Deny@tommy
wolstech
Your logins are definitely not counting for whatever reason. I moved your last login date ahead one month, so your last login date is now in the future (8/11). Use https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with nothing after the slash) to log in going forward and we'll see if it makes a difference. I've seen a few users with this issue now, and they always were having the problem due to using our website to log in. Using cPanel directly to log in fixed it for them. DmC
Hey @wolstech I just logged in. Can you see it? PS: I wonder if it's the 2 way authentication that messes with login record.
wolstech
I can't check because your login date is set to the future and the script will never move it backwards. Let me set it back a few days... EDIT: Go ahead and log in again now. Leave your 2FA on. I moved your date to 7/30, and it should move to today if its working. Let me know when you're done and I'll check it. wolstech
Didn't count...which did you use? https://heliohost.org/login/ or https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ ? Did the main cPanel page you ended up at end with .html or .phpcp? Also, can you remove the 2FA from your account and log in again?
DmC
I've used the direct Tommy link. Removed it and logged in. Again, directly.
wolstech
It counted that time. Try logging in using the https://heliohost.org/login/ page now, leaving 2FA disabled. If it works, the 2FA is incompatible with our system.
DmC
Well at least I found a bug xD Maybe krydos can improve its code a bit?

rajdis
I logged into my account at least four times a week in the previous month and this month. You check my Helionet activity frequency to confirm that. But still, I'm receiving this following email: "Hey Rajdis,It's been a while since we've seen you. Are you still using your hosting account? The last time you logged in was 2018-07-14. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days.If you wish to continue using your hosting plan you will need to log in by clicking the link below. Next, provide your email and password in the box and click log in to access your control panel. If you don't log in sometime in the next few days your website will be replaced with a inactive page........ "
