[Solved] issue in account creating

hi.

i create an account with username 'mrshah' in tommy server just now but when i checking the status of account, it said 'That account has been backed up and then taken offline due to inactivity'. please check my account and activate it on tommy server. thanks alot.

You already have an account called mrshm25 on Ricky that needs to be deleted before you can sign up again. You're only allowed one account and creating a second one violates our Terms of Service.

 

In addition to that, the creation failed because of:

 

(XID f6qq6y) A DNS entry for mrshah.heliohost.org already exists. You must remove this DNS entry from all servers in the DNS cluster to proceed.

 

The domain mrshah.heliohost.org has been cleaned up.

 

...and finally, on top of all that, the server is down anyway pending a migration to a new IP to mitigate a DDoS attack.
