[Solved] Suspended: jcostarq

Hello,

I have static site and I have never had any problem before, but it was suspended and I don't know why. My site is hosted in Tommy as far as I remember, and my domain is jcosta.arq.br. My username is jcostarq.

Recently, I got an e-mail from Google Search Console saying that someone added himself to the list of site owners on Google Search Console through an HTML file, as if they had access to my FTP server. I promptly logged in, changed passwords, removed the file and removed the e-mail as owner. I have no idea how they could have logged in my account, since I take good security precautions. I don't know if this occurrence has anything to do with the suspension.

This account has a compromised CMS installation that has been affected by the recent AnonymousFox hack and cannot be unsuspended.
