I have unsuspended your account, but please try to limit the load you put on our servers as it slows down not only your site, but the sites of all other HelioHost users sharing your server. If you still see the suspended page, please clear your cache. If you need help figuring out why your site is causing such high load let us know and we can try to help. Many WP installs on Tommy were compromised on Friday, and the hacker did change cpanel passwords as part of the hack using the malware he uploaded. Start by resetting your password here: https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/resetpass?start=1 After that, check for random number files in your Wordpress installations created on Friday (they'll be in WP-admin and WP-content), and for a user account named AnonymousFox in the user's table of the database. If any exists, delete the ENTIRE Wordpress installation and reinstall.

rocks Posted September 6, 2018 Author Posted September 6, 2018 hello, could you please clear all mailbox info from the cache on my account. I have removed the domain name and recreated same thinking it will resolve the issue but no. I had manually deleted the mailbox account from the file server and now when i try to create same i am getting an error message that the mail box already exists. If it is not possible to clear the cache, could you please explain how i can remove all contents and do a fresh install on my account. thank you

wolstech Posted September 6, 2018 Posted September 6, 2018 It's waiting in line for some reason. Tommy accounts usually create within minutes assuming load is low (which it is, 4.73 as of this post)... Lets have Krydos look at this.
