Urgent need help cant access sites

My friend ask me why his site cant be accessed. Domain: http://suarabangkalan.heliohost.org

There is no error in error_log neither in cpanel

Johnny's Apache is down due to an ongoing DDoS attack. It's been down for several days and we have no idea when it will be back (we'll restart it whenever the botnet that's attacking us finally gives up).
