Problem of filezilla, don't enter with file configuration. I use only filemanagere in future.

Unblocked. If you use FileZilla, you need to use either SFTP on the SSH port (directions should be in cpanel), or unencrypted (plain) FTP to Johnny.heliohost.org on port 21.
