Hello, when I send emails to Gmail and other service providers, Emails do not get through on Johnny's server because the IP has been reported and blocked. Is there any way I can purchase a dedicated IP for email and get different results?

Yes you can. They're $12/year. Please pay through PayPal or skrill and post the transaction ID here so it can be installed for you.
