FTP in Tommy not working

I can´t conect, i am using this:

 

SFTP

Host: tommy.heliohost.org

Port: 1373

User: Myusername

Pass: Mypass

goto  CPanel > FTP Accounts -> SFTP Settings

 

or download SFTP Configuration File

Try “plain” (no encryption) FTP, port 21. Use cPanel username and password for credentials.

 

A lot of networks at places like work or school block the port used by SFTP.

Ok, i am in home, but i try plain FTP and port 21 and works, thanks!
