thorast Posted June 20, 2018 Posted June 20, 2018 Hello, i am having problems with my account, i will try to explain what it is happend.I made my account some time ago, then when i try to enter says that my account is suspended or bloqued, or something, it say make a backup and do a new account, i did it.I did a new account with same mail, diferent user and diferent password.The problem it is now two accounts it is available for my mail.So i having problems sometimes to enter and the system it is using my old account.Can you remove my old account please? thorast Posted June 21, 2018 Author Posted June 21, 2018 My right account now, that i want continue using and don´t remove it is: User: thorastumail: thorastur@hotmail.com the old account was, and i want remove if you can: user: thorast (i am not sure if can be "thorastur", but i think is "thorast"mail: thorastur@hotmail.com The problem it is sometimes when i try to loguin say "invalid loguin" or "the account it is quaqued"(i think this is fixed(quaqued) already becouse i remove the old loguin from google browser)The big problem it is if i try to recover my pass, i have to enter the mail, then it send me a mail with the pass but for the old account!!!
