[Solved] Primary Domain Name Change Request, TOMMY

I've tried to make the change through the tool on the main screen after login, but I guess it still isn't working for TOMMY. 48+ hours already passed. 

 

My username is cwfloyd.

 

The current name is floyd-and-associates.heliohost.org

 

Could you please change to cwfloyd.heliohost.org ? Thank you

The domain change tool has a tendency to do this on Tommy accounts. It just fails for some reason. You're definitely not the first to have this happen.

 

The domain for cwfloyd has been updated.
