There is a way to associate domain in Ricky

I have problems to return to associate my domain acpsoluciones.ml to the servers of ricky which was moved from jhonny to ricky but due to errors was eliminated now it is impossible to associate it will there be a way to assign it to ricky?

What happens when you just add it as an alias or an addon domain? Is there an error you are getting?

I do not have access ask to register it again to the server everything from scratch when this was moved to ricky come from jhonny any solution?

We don't understand what you need because of your broken English and failure to answer our questions. Have you tried adding it in cpanel? What error message do you get? Can you not sign into the server at all?

 

Please answer these questions so we can figure out what needs to be done. Just saying you can't add it doesn't tell us anything useful.

you can not log in to the server you try to reset password and it still does not connect that's why I asked you to associate it again to the server under that domain

No account exists with that email address. You need to sign up again.

 

Also, note that even if the account did exist, you'd need to use its username to sign in, not your email address.

cPanel cannot use a forum account to login. It also cannot use an email address for a username (our website's login page does allow the email address as a username, but that's a custom extension we built, cPanel's official login system does not support email login).

 

Please sign up again. There isn't anything else that will fix this. You cannot sign into an account that does not exist.
