Account suspension due to inactivity

Hi,

I'm using Heliohost from 2017. But this month I faced problem. I got an email stating that I have not logged in since last one month. I generally directly log into my CPanel. But Still I logged in into the heliohost.org at least thrice a month. Today my account got suspended and I have to reactive my account. So will you please let me know why I'm facing such a problem?

Quoting a part of the mail:

"Your hosting plan at HelioHost has been discontinued for inactivity. In order to keep your website active you must log into your control panel at least once every 30 days. The last time you logged in was 2018-04-28. All visitors to your domain(s) will now see an inactive page instead of your original content.

Does cpanel login end with .php or .phpcp ? If not, logins will not count.

Go to ???.heliohost.org:2083/ without anything after the /

You may also try https://heliohost.org/login

That link won't count because it ends in .html. Use this https://tommy.heliohost.org:2083/ (with NOTHING after the 2083/ ) and it'll count.
