scrum Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 I've been configuring a domain on ricky's servers for 3 days but at the time of loading the web it does not show anything I've checked the browsers cloudflare and everything well while the error indicates it's on the host. Any response and solution? Thank you
sagnik Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 I think the problem is occurring from CloudFlare. Turn off CloudFlare and then see if it works, if it does, then check your CloudFlare configuration.I'm not sure but I can see that the domain is not pointing to Heliohost Nameservers. It may be a cause for the problem.
wolstech Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 Please remove cloudflare and see if it works. We can't troubleshoot this until cloudflare is gone anyway.
sadeso Posted May 29, 2018 Posted May 29, 2018 It is very rare previously the domain was working correctly on the jhonny server with the cloudflare service (https) and the DNS was changed but after the server crash the domain was released to work on ricky it is strange that there is a problem In any case I will remove it from the cloudflare service we will see what happens.
rajdis Posted June 1, 2018 Posted June 1, 2018 Sometime you will face this problem with Cloudflare.Try to refresh multiple times. If possible, remove cloudflare, they slow down your site. I faced the same problem.
sadeso Posted June 2, 2018 Posted June 2, 2018 That's right Cloudflare is giving problems but there is another software within the hosting to configure it quickly.
