helio607 Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 Hello, it seems like my account was archived again, as I can't access any of my files nor log in using the cPanel. I'm not sure how 30 days have passed, as I feel like I log into the cPanel to reset the counter every two weeks at least.

Your account's content can be downloaded from here: https://heliohost.org/backup/, then you need to sign up again when registration opens at midnight UTC.
