ziad87 Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 (edited) A while ago I tried adding a domain through a firewalled place. I had to disable client-side scripts or else it would redirect to heliohost.org/login. As such I dont think the domain added correctly, since I tried deleting it to change the subdomain and location. Trying to delete it shows: You do not have control of the subdomain for “nz0123.ga”.Can you delete it and its associated DNS entries? Then I will re add it.Also autossl seems broken. It normally signs in 5 minutes. Edited May 28, 2018 by ziad87
wolstech Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 The domain nz0123.ga should now be properly parked on top of nz.ziad87.tk.ziad87.heliohost.org. The content of the site was unavailable due to a forbidden error, so I was unable to verify the domain's content is working as intended. In addition, AutoSSL has been manually run on the fixed domain, but was unsuccessful due to a forced SSL redirect.
ziad87 Posted May 28, 2018 Author Posted May 28, 2018 Okay, I'll fix autossl. The forbidden error is normal as there is no content and I have a Options -Indexes .htaccessAutossl usually works, don't know why it cares now. Can't it use DNS DCVs?
wolstech Posted May 28, 2018 Posted May 28, 2018 Nope. The cpanel autossl is file-based only (and it's unlikely to change since cP doesn't have any say in that...it's actually Comodo with cP's name on it...). Also, the certs are good for 90 days at a time, so the file needs to be reachable pretty much constantly since the server will want to renew it at a random time somewhere within 2 weeks of expiration.
