Cannot access my account on heliohost.org

Hi!

 

Recently I've got "Invalid login" on heliohost.org.

 

During registration a couple of weeks ago I selected Johnny. Well, there was actually no choice. (Tommy: no python. And Johnny with.)

 

1. I've reset my password.

2. I've reset my password with a simpler one.

3. I've followed [1], [2] to sign up again. But after specifying my email address the "sign up" process finishes immediately successfully. Actually it uses my present account data.

4. I've tried to follow "How do I delete my hosting account?" [3]. But the mentioned link "account deletion script" [4] redirects to the main page heliohost.org.

5. Then I've tried [5]. But the link "Request an account deletion" [6] is not available through SSL but forces me to enter my password. Thus this attempt has failed either.

 

Besides of trying hello-world I had not yet an opportunity to use heliohost.org. Is it possible to continue using free hosting?

You may sign up again and choose different server.

Is this an automatic answer? From references, I've mentioned, it follows I've seen already such messages.

Unfortunately, this fails either as I've mentioned in the step 3.

No it's not, but we have been copying that response into nearly every post about Johnny lately because the majority is still unaware that the server failed.

 

You can't reuse the email address or username without assistance. What is the account username, and what are the domains on that account that you need freed up?
