Keep username and domain name from Johnny

Good day,

 

I had an account on Johnny, and attempted to have my account transferred to Tommy after making a donation. Unfortunately, an account move was not possible, and I'm really trying not to make a new user name as because I need to keep my original domain name. I have a backup of my old account. My username is "kayn" and my domain name was "kayn.heliohost.org". Is there any way possible to make my new account on Tommy, but keep my original username and domain name?

I apologize, but perhaps I'm misunderstanding. Are you asking me to attempt to recreate(sign up again using my original username and email address) my account? If so, I have tried and when I validate my email address, It i'm informed that Tommy is full and I will need to wait until midnight. When I use the Tommy invitation, I'm informed that the code is invalid or more than 48 hours old( I received it less than 24 hours ago). If I attempt to log into heliohost using either my old or recreated username, I am informed that neither are found on the server. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix it?

The invite is probably no good if you tried to use it previously and found your username wasn't free.
