[Solved] Requested change to primary domain (believe correctly) -> No result a week later

Hi! Good service. Thank you. 

 

I would like to change my primary domain to: floyd-and-associates.heliohost.org. I filled out a form to do this and think I did everything there that I should have, but a week later it remains as it was. 

 

No idea what the problem could have been. Would it be hard to do it manually? Or any advice about how to make the action more effective? The address again I would like is: floyd-and-associates.heliohost.org.

If you're on Tommy, main domain changes seem to be broken lately. We had another user whose domain wouldn't change, and I tried changing mine on a test account to no avail either.

 

What is your username and server? Once you post that I'll pass it on to Krydos so he can change it.

This one decided to cooperate for me, though I had to do it in WHM for some reason...I think our custom scripts aren't talking to Tommy right.

 

The domain on the account cwfloyd has been changed.
