HelioHost Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 We have been able to backup all of the user data on Johnny, and we will be providing links to download your data in the next couple days. We recommend creating a Ricky or Tommy account in the meantime, and then once your backup is available you can restore it onto your new account. Let us know if there's any way we can help you with this process.
jamesri2 Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 We recommend creating a Ricky or Tommy account in the meantimeI'd love to, but they're literally always full. Even after the countdown for new signups... full.
Luigi123 Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 You have to be a fastest person to signup on Tommy or Ricky. If you don’t want to wait, you can just make a donation to get an invitation from your email.
ziad87 Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 (edited) Johnny's uptime: [ 0% ] Now that's a new low. 0% Ouch. Edited May 11, 2018 by ziad87
wolstech Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 I've seen servers at 0 before (the last time Johnny died...)
ziad87 Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 (edited) Oh wow. If it keeps down like this then it will surely reach 0% And look at Tommy. With the [ 100% ]Are the uptimes calculated every 24 hours? Edited May 6, 2018 by ziad0
wolstech Posted May 6, 2018 Posted May 6, 2018 Percentages are based on uptime over the course of one week.
ziad87 Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 But it cannot be right though. For it to be 0% it should have never turned on.For it to be 100% it should have never gone down.
wolstech Posted May 11, 2018 Posted May 11, 2018 It only looks at the uptime for the past week, so any outages prior to that aren't counted. Similarly, a server that's never been up in the past week would be a 0. Nearly all monitors work the same way. For example, Uptime Robot uses the same method for its calculation too.
