I think I'm making myself look stupid by asking this but how do I know whether email is supported in my country or not?

You'd get suspended after sending a single mail if it isn't. We only have a few specific countries blocked due to phishing mail originating there. The normal limit for mail is 50/day.

 

Even if you are in such a country though, you can get an exception if you can show us an example of what you're planning to send, where you get the email addresses, and how your recipients can unsubscribe.
