Unable to create an Addon domain on Johnny server

Hello. Admin I am unable to create an addon domain on my johnny server. My username is "titus" and the domain I would like to add is "lolkacoop.ga" Kindly assist resolve on this matter.

What error are you seeing when you add the domain?

Same here. No error it just get hung. After refreshing the page it says it is added but when accessed it shows account queued. Later it disappears from cPanel.
