How to add add-on domains without changing its NS records.

You can't. It's a security measure that's required to verify you own the domain. For some domains, you may need to contact it's registrar to have the NS records changed.

If you really can't change them, the most you'll be able to do is set that domain as your main domain and set an A record on the domain pointed to your account's shared IP. Please be aware that mail, subdomains, and other features that rely on additional dns records will not function if configured in this manner.

cPanel cannot add addon domains without changing its NS records. It's on cPanel since the beginning, and the developers do not plan on changing this feature.

However, I think you can delegate your DNS zones to Heliohost nameservers if there is a NS record option.
